A Sustainable Lifestyle in Nature The GECO Project is an off-grid, self-sufficient, and sustainable eco-resort, spanning 42 hectares of wilderness in the Sierra de Gredos, Villanueva de la Vera, Extremadura.
It is surrounded by thousands of hectares of unspoiled natural beauty, with our land bordered to the west and east by rivers, featuring natural pools and waterfalls. This project presents an opportunity to connect with individuals who share a commitment to sustainability and a balanced approach to eco-modern living in nature.
MEMBERSHIP FEE
To join our project and secure the right to build an eco-house in GECO, there is a one-time payment of €80,000.
WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE FOR THE MEMBERSHIP FEE?

Ownership and Rights: When joining the GECO project you will get a percentage in the GECO development company, expressed in shares.

Land Ownership: You receive full legal right, through a private contract, to a 1,000 sqm plot of land within the GECO Village.

Legal Plot Association: This legal structure ensures that your plot and your house are officially registered as part of the GECO Village project, associating you directly with a specific plot within the development.

Eco-House Construction: You will secure the right to have an eco-friendly house of up to 150 sqm, built by GECO Village. (house construction costs are separate).

Pre-Designed House Models: After years of research and careful planning, we’ve designed three unique, pre-planned eco houses optimized for off-grid living. Every detail was meticulously crafted in collaboration with our architect. *Please note: the houses are built exactly as designed, with no option for modifications or self-construction.

Member Business Opportunities: By joining the GECO project, members have the option to develop business opportunities together with GECO—as investors, partners, or employees.

Work began on the land.

GECO Kids Educational Project was launched.

First PerLaVera Festival.

Estimated date to receive licenses & permits.

Construction for phase 1 of construction is planned to start.
